Meet The Team

– Teamwork makes the dream work, sure it’s cliché but it’s also 100% true. Delivering on our mission to create an impactful and sustainable destination that will be enjoyed for generations to come cannot be completed alone, it takes a team. Inland Surf Company is incredibly grateful for the contributions made from our friends, family, and community that have helped us get this far and for the team being assembling to help bring our vision to reality.

Operational Excellence

Andrea has spent the past 25 years in healthcare and business – operating at every organizational level with a focus in the PeriOperative departments mastering one of the only revenue producing divisions in healthcare. Her attention to service-line growth, budget optimization, customer and patient service, and employee engagement drew her to the private sector where she helped create, open and operate a joint venture free-standing orthopedic surgery center as the Administrator and CEO.

As a registered nurse herself, her hands-on style and ability to inspire excellent and safe patient care while driving for profit with a dynamic budget boasts a $16 million net gain in 2022. Andrea has extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Risk Management, Quality Programs, and Materials Management. She excels at creating workflow processes, policy and procedure, operating budgets, safety and security, staffing models and customer experience programs to name a few.

Andrea has supported Chris in the creation and building of Inland Surf Company and has enjoyed learning to surf at multiple “inland” opportunities and technologies including the Deschutes River, CityWave, Wavegarden and Unit Surf Pool. Through these experiences and the surf travel she enjoys with her husband and founder Chris, she has become passionate to create a space where friends and families come together to share in a healthy, safe and adventurous surf experience.

Through surfing we want to inspire the youth, adults, and families of inland communities to get outside, improve their health, overcome their fears, do rad stuff, and help make the world a better place

Chris & Andrea GallardoFounders / CEO & COO - Inland Surf Company

Andrea has had the opportunity to surf multiple surf technologies such as WaveGarden, CityWave and Unit Surf Pool. Learning to surf in her 40’s, these experiences have given the team the perspective of a beginner that will closely match many of our customers.  With her competitive spirit and attention to detail, Andrea has learned quickly and is excited to continue her progress.
